How we work
Four principles that guide every engagement.
Senior engineers only
The consultant you meet is the engineer who delivers. No handoffs to junior staff or offshore teams.
Documented everything
Every project ends with full documentation: configuration records, runbooks, and handover materials.
Fixed-price where possible
We scope carefully and propose fixed fees. Hourly work is only used where scope is genuinely uncertain.
Vendor-neutral advice
We are not tied to any reseller. We recommend what is right for your environment, not what earns margin.
Our journey
Primetech Solutions founded in Gothenburg, born from a simple observation: the IT industry is strong on technology, but weak on people. Too many individuals get overlooked when IT is run purely by the numbers.
In organisations large and small, IT often treats everyone as one undifferentiated group instead of seeing individual needs. Add a lack of plain communication, and good people end up underserved by the systems meant to support them.
We build around the person, not just the platform, making sure every individual’s needs are understood and met, and translating business IT into language people actually understand.
