This policy explains how Primetech Solutions Sweden AB ("Primetech", "we", "us") processes your personal data when you visit primetechsolutions.se or contact us. We are committed to handling your data lawfully, transparently, and securely in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Swedish data-protection law.

2. What data we collect

We only collect data you actively provide or that is technically necessary to run the site:

  • Contact form data: name, company (optional), email address, selected service interest, and your message.
  • Correspondence: the content of emails or messages you send us, and our replies.
  • Technical access logs: standard server/CDN logs (e.g. IP address, browser type, timestamp) generated automatically by our hosting provider for security and reliability.

3. Why we process it & lawful basis

  • To respond to your enquiry and take pre-contractual steps at your request, under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the website, our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • To meet legal and accounting obligations where a business relationship begins, under Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

4. Service providers (processors)

We use trusted third parties who process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements:

  • OpnForm: our form provider, which collects and delivers contact-form submissions to us.
  • Our hosting / CDN provider: serves the website and retains short-lived technical logs.

We never sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

We aim to keep personal data within the EU/EEA. Where a processor is located outside the EU/EEA, any transfer is safeguarded by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent valid transfer mechanism.

6. How long we keep it

We retain enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, for the duration of our business relationship plus any statutory retention period (e.g. Swedish bookkeeping law). Technical logs are kept for a short period and then deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you;
  • Have inaccurate data corrected, or incomplete data completed;
  • Request erasure ("right to be forgotten") where applicable;
  • Restrict or object to processing based on legitimate interests;
  • Receive your data in a portable format;
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing.
