Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 June 2026
These terms govern your use of the website operated by Primetech Solutions Sweden AB (Org.nr 559491-3427, Gothenburg, Sweden) and set out the general basis on which we provide IT consulting services. By using this site or engaging us, you agree to these terms.
1. Use of this website
The content on this website is provided for general information only. While we keep it accurate and up to date, it does not constitute professional advice and should not be relied upon without a formal engagement. You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to disrupt its operation.
2. Enquiries and consultations
Submitting the contact form or requesting a consultation does not create a binding contract. A free consultation is offered without obligation. Any engagement begins only once both parties agree a written proposal or statement of work.
3. Proposals and scope
We scope each engagement carefully and, where practical, propose a fixed fee. Work outside the agreed scope is handled by mutual written agreement. The specific terms, deliverables, fees, and timelines of any project are defined in the relevant proposal or statement of work, which takes precedence over these general terms where they conflict.
4. Fees and payment
Fees, payment terms, and any applicable taxes (including Swedish VAT) are set out in each proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
5. Intellectual property
All branding, text, and design on this website are owned by Primetech Solutions Sweden AB and may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership of project deliverables is defined in the applicable statement of work.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Primetech is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability under any engagement is governed by the terms of the relevant proposal or statement of work. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Swedish law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
